On Sunday after our day at the lake we gathered to celebrate Talon's 5th birthday. I still can't believe this little guy is 5 years old! It seems like just yesterday we were bringing him home from the hospital. I even came across a few pictures of him as a little baby wearing his Michael Young onesie! My how time flies.
This birthday was a lot different from others. Talon seemed to be so much more in to it being his special day and he even enjoyed having a few of his buddies there to help him celebrate. He was so excited about all the gifts he opened, his cake, the attention he got from everyone singing to him and having his friends share in the excitement of everything he got as gifts. As you can see from the pictures it was a Batman themed party. Talon is really in to anything Batman these days.

You can definitely see the little boy emerging more and more. No more baby Talon, he's growing up! Not sure how I feel about that. Next year at this time he'll be in school!
Next stop - Munich! Oktoberfest here we come!
